I feel very fortunate because I have had so many memorable experiences as a Luvindo Director. Luvindo starts from 2006, as this is now a long way to give my best of the services to all my guests.

And speaking of guests, my favorite part of every voyage is when we welcome new guests. In return though, I always learn so much from our guests and I continually challenge my team to take this information and find new ways to exceed our guests’ expectations each day.

My goal is always trying to improve our facilities and services and to make sure all our guests have a marvelous stay with us.
